Pro Tips: This special trick deck of cards is known by several different names in the magic industry depending on the manufacture of the cards. You may find product titles such as "Wizard deck", "Stripper Deck", "Taper Cards", "Mystery Card Deck". What they all mean is that the deck has been cut in a special way to allow the magician to find one or more selected cards just by feeling the edges of the cards. This deck can be shuffled and cut just like a "regular deck of cards," in fact your audience will not be able to tell the difference from a "regular" deck. This method of finding selected cards is one of the easiest methods to perfom with. When you see other decks at various price points the difference is two fold- 1- The quality of the cards, meaning how good the paper is, the printing techniques, paper coatings, etc. 2- The quality of the "strip" or cut process used. A fine cut takes more time per deck and special machines vs. a deck, as advertised here, that are massed produced for general use.
