The Money Box

Basic Effect: The performer borrows a dollar bill and has the spectator note the serial number or even write it down. The performer folds the bill into a small packet and holds it in their hand.  The performer brings out a small blue container that he calls the Monet Box and tells the spectator that he will cause the bill to travel magically into the container. Bam, the bill, has now vanished from his hand. The spectator is invited to open the Money Box to see., but not only is there a Box but Inside is another box and inside it another. Inside Three Boxes is, of course, the folded up Bill and the serial number is checked to be sure it's the same bill borrowed just a few minutes ago. A fabulous effect! It's Easy to do, once you know the secret!

The Money Box was manufactured by the  TRICKS Co. LTD Japan in 1976, as part of their "Let's Play with Magic Series". The company is long gone out of business and this item may now be a collectible for many magicians. Note that there is a UPC price sticker on one side of the cardboard header.
