Ted Lesley's Working Performer's Marked Deck Manual

There are many marked decks available for the magician, but almost without exception it is difficult to read the back of the deck. The more concealed the marking, the harder it is for the magi to read the deck. We have all seen magicians peering intently at the back of cards and we all know that the cards are marked.
