Case Front Gaff & Ace-X-Ace

Instructions and Gimmicks

While experimenting with a special double sided card, some unique ideas occurred to Jerry Mentzer. The revelations which resulted are quite unusual. We supply the needed gaff card which Jerry named "Case front Gafff" and instructions for two effect Jerry devised using it. They are titled "Card Into Case Surprise" and "Case Front Gaff-Another Routine". 

Also included in the package is an effect by John Quine titled "Ace-x-Ace" which is startling and very straightforward. This effect was originally published in Jerry Mentzer's book Card Cavalcade ll. 

The Effect: Two red backed cards are inserted widely separated points in a blue backed deck. Without any moves, the red backed cards come together and trap a card previously selected by a spectator. The red backed cards seem to change position instantaneously and trap the selected card.
