This item is a 36 inch in diameter Giant Weather Balloon. Many stage performers use one of these in a comedy routine where-in they get inside the inflated balloon. A vacumn is usually used to inflate the balloon and then the performer wiggles themself inside.  A very funny routine. Of course, they are also used for party & event decorations.
