The Pop Eyed Popper Deck  is a forcing deck marketed  by Ralph W. Hull  around 1942.

This deck of cards is similar to the Svengali Deck,  except the Pop Eyed Popper Deck allows the performer to spread the cards face up, showing all the faces of the cards to be different, then turn the deck face down and offer a spectator to touch the back of ANY Card . The card they touch will ultimately (and always) be the force card. This deck can be used in conjunction with many other routines that require you to ultimately know the card before it is selected.

The Pop Eyed Popper Deck is one of the most used "trick decks" of professional magicians and mentalists from all over the world. This "secret weapon" is one of the cleanest ways to force a card without sleight of hand.

One possible effect:
An envelope is placed on the table with a prediction inside. The envelope is not gaffed, switched, etc. during the process of the card trick. As a matter of fact the prediction can be mailed months in advance to a spectator for a special occasion.

A deck of cards is spread across a table showing each card to be totally different. The deck can be riffle-shuffled and cut. The spectator chooses any card and turns it over. They then open the prediction and it is the EXACT card that was chosen.
